Explore LifeWave patches as part of a thoughtful approach to everyday wellness, alongside nourishing food, movement, rest, and self-care.
LifeWave describes its patches as reflecting the body’s own infrared energy back toward the skin. Its X39 patches are marketed with claims involving the copper peptide GHK-Cu and stem-cell activity.
Evidence for these patches is limited. Claims that they revitalize stem cells, increase GHK-Cu to improve health, boost energy, relieve pain, or reverse aging have not been established by robust clinical evidence. Research on other forms of light therapy does not establish that these patches have the same effects.
These patches are not a substitute for medical care. Discuss persistent pain, fatigue, or other health concerns with a qualified healthcare professional.
“You are allowed to be both a work in progress
and worthy of care, right now.”
